The Central Florida Section of the AIChE will host its annual Phosphate Fertilizer and Sulfuric Acid Technology Conference from June 4-5, 2027 at the TradeWinds Resort in St. Petersburg Beach, Fla.

Each year for the last 49 years, members of the AIChE Central Florida Section and colleagues from all over the world have gathered to share their ideas concerning chemical process technology, specifically the production of phosphoric acid, phosphate fertilizers, sulfuric acid and other related topics. The convention provides ample opportunity to relax with friends and family, enjoy good food, and have fun.

Beyond the main program topics of phosphate fertilizer and sulfuric acid, discussion of water technology processes will be added for 2027.

This year there will be several workshops held on Friday, June 4, including the Bi-Annual PE Laws, Rules, and Ethic Workshop as well as programs relating to sulfuric acid. Participants can also earn up to 8 PDH for attending both Friday and Saturday sessions.
